Our most recent Young Members competition was held at the Calf Show at Llandovery Market with the Young Handlers Competition.

The winners were: ~

11-16: ~ 1st - Carys Davies

               2nd - Owain Davies

17-21

                 1st - Richard Cumming

22-30

      `            1st-Anwen Jones

Our Welsh Young Members also had a great deal of success at the National Stock Judging event held at the Royal Welsh show. In the Junior section, Under 21, Carys Davies (Crugmelyn) won the second individual award, Carys and her brother Owain came 3rd as a Junior team, Angharad Francis (Pistyll) won the best Reasons for the Under 21 section,

And Carys Davies won t6he Reserve Overall for the whole stockjudging competition!!! Da Iawn Carys!!

In the Senior section, Over 21, Anwen Jones (Cefngwlad) came 1st, for the second time running, and won the best reasons in the over 21 section.

**Stock Judging Winners National Stock Judging event, Royal Highland show 2010.**

Over the past few years, there has been a Young Stockman Competition at the Royal Welsh show, for our Young Members. This was won in 2011 by Anwen Jones (Cefngwlad).
